Sabatino Scirri

Flutist Sabatino Scirri has appeared as soloist with the Buffalo Philharmonic, Philharmonia Orchestra of Yale and various groups across North America and Europe. He served as guest principal flutist with the Sinaloa Symphony (Mexico), Slee Sinfonietta and Greater Annapolis Ballet Orchestra.

Dr. Scirri has performed for His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, His Holiness Pope Francis, world leaders, former presidents, foreign dignitaries and heads of state as well as celebrities such as Gary Sinise, Wolf Blizter and RG3. His performances have been broadcast worldwide by CNN, EWTN, CCTV (China) and recorded on Tower, Albany and Tactus Records (Italy).

As a pit musician, Dr. Scirri has performed in professional productions at the Schubert Theater and various venues across the United States. In addition to performing on flute, piccolo and alto flute, he performs the fife, traverso and a wide variety of world flutes.
